Is our little guy, or was on the 13th:
THis month you have:
- Gained some more words: Me, Happy, Back, Duck, Go, Car.... {I need to record these better somewhere as my pregnancy draws near to another bubba with us... I just can not remember things & know it wont get any easier :)}
- You love going to basketball with Mikaela and have started to try "dribbling" the ball... very cute to watch!
- You have moments of being VERY Dad-sie or La-sie... meaning when they leave on a Monday morning you cry for them :(
- You continue to love your swimming lessons and surprise me by intentionally keeping your head under for one of the activities where you need to retrieve items under the water...
- You love your lego and play it all the time.
- You continue to be obsessed with Diego, tho I can actually put something else on without you complaining... so I guess your tastes are expanding.
- You spend this past weekend with most of your Aunts and you LOVE them all so much, you make sure you have all their attention.
- You run around everywhere and do "laps" in the kitchen and dinning room.
- You have returned to day-care a few hours each week to get you adjusted, then you will be going Mondays. THIS TIME you are loving it... it is great to see how happy you are.
- You have no problems defending yourself, yesterday we went to a "kidscity" type indoor play centre... I sensed something was going on... came to see a boy pulling your hair and you telling him not to.
- You have decided to call your Chichoo (dummy, pacifier) a "doh-doh" ... we are trying to convince you that you will need to give them to bubba when he/she arrives.
- You continue to "stay-up-late" with Mum and Dad in the evenings... sometimes you will go to bed at 7ish, others more like 10ish. We thought about controlled crying for about 3 seconds before dismissing the idea.
- You sleep in your own bed for most of the night... then you come into ours.
- You love reading books, tho you can be a bit destructive with them at times.
- You wear a pair of shoes that used to be Mikaela's ... blue leather Adidias style.... some nights you want to wear them with your PJs.
- You had a haircut this month... bribed with a Chuppa Chup lollie pop... thankfully you've not seen one since.
- You need another haircut.
- You've been giving the baby {my belly} "raspberries" a lot of late.
- You love talking on your play mobile... Nath and I often say "you talking to Brock" and you scream "Brock, Brock"...
- You have a new car seat... at first you were not very impressed and would point to your old one {which has been turned back-to-front again for the baby} and cry MINE, MINE...
- You are obsessed with cars... you will try and open the doors of cars in carparks.
- You are particularly in love with your Dad's car and would be quite happy to simply sit inside it while parked in the garage.
- You are full of love and affection, hugs, kisses, cuddles and your tiny hand patting all come so easily to those you love.
