I've done lately:

Loving the simplicity and process of my digi scrapping. Been doing the Pen Tablet course with Jessica Sprague, or rather, I've been trying to do it.

A Few More Digital Scrapbook Layouts...

Hey hey... here are a few more pages I've been working on lately. 

Argh... somewhere along the way, my numbering system got outta wack. I had to go back and re-do quite a few pages. I'm all sorted again, FOR GOOD. Now I just need to get cracking on trying to get up to date. TIME my friends... TIME is the factor there :) I know you get that one.

Scrapbook pages...

More of my 365 days for my Twenty Ten album:

 

 

Pretty much all templates, papers, tags, embellishments are from Designer Digitals.

Mikaela is playing in the under 12s division this year... her whole under 10 team were put up to this level... so she'll have about 3 years in the u12s. She loves the game but finds it hard to concentrate at times.

I think I will need a scrap weekend to get all these pages done. I try very hard to set myself a limit of 20-30 minutes and put a page together when that small amount of time presents itself to me... but there is always so many other things that need to be done. 

Ah this lovely life... I guess it means that I am busy living it instead of documenting it. 

The thing is, that I'd like to be able to both... life just goes so quickly and as the boys are getting older and saying such cute things... reminds me that I haven't really "captured the essence" of Mikaela very well in the scrapbooks I have of her at the same age. Oh sure, some pages I have very well... but not as many as I'd like.

These days I think any page done is a good one! With that thinking, I guess all pages I have ever done are good ones, even ones that I no longer really love... old style ones... they are all pages to our story, our life... of our days. And that is good enough for me.

Here's to capturing our days and memories as best we can.

Oh and as a wife a super duper accountant... happy first of the new financial year!
