I am the type of person who makes lists and notes, lots of them... then I lose them. Yep. I try to be really organised, either in folders on my computer, or in a diary. The only way I have really managed to keep a diary of any kind has been by way of blogging, which I've been doing since 2006.
With this blog I will document my fitness journey:
* from "near to my ideal weight" to fit and musclar
* running my first marathon and the training associated
* my Michelle Bridges 12 week body transformation experiences*
* my general fitness routine and objectives, what I've done in the day
Just basically anything and everything to do with my fitness journey, I'll be posting here. It is sure to be riveting content... so you best bookmark me :)
Really it's just a journal for me to keep track of my progress, and for my kidlets. I could even make it into a book via Blurb if I really wanted to {or ever get the time, I do have 5 years worth over on my other blog to address firstly!}
