... So I tell myself as I feel I can go no further.

This morning I did a killer {awesome, fantastic} ride class and smashed a great amount of calories.

Which is exactly what I required after an indulgence of a few lollies for Halloween yesterday.

Only 4 weeks to go until finale... and now is the time to really focus, as we know! Some days are just so much easier than others...

I am more determined than ever to reach my goals.... now the will power and consistency will pay off.
