Nothing like easing oneself back into it after a holiday, and break away. Not my style I guess.
First up I had a cross fit style workout with my personal trainer, Fiona. It was fun, even tho she totally smashed me and I had quite a sore throat afterwards... from sucking it in... thought I was going to be sick. Basically the workout consisted of: dumbell raises, deadlifts, burpees over the bar, push ups - arms off and then a 200mtr sprint in the car park (times four rounds). Then ab workout.
This evening I did a 1km swim in about 35mins... IronMum, Mikaela and I headed over to the other side of town to give ourselves a water workout. Was fun. IronMum of course did about 3km to my 1km... (and she'd done a 3hour bike ride today)... I guess that's what makes her an Iron{wo}Man hey!

So now I feel quite pleased, with a good solid day of workouts done, and I ate clean all day too - 1100 calories worth.
Today was a very good day.
Now to bed early with a cuppa tea. Early rise for a 20km bike ride.
