Looks like this for me.
5:07 my alarm goes off... I leap out of bed and get dressed for my morning workout.
A not so good morning (as this morning was)... I press snooze and my husband says are you going?, I grunt a YES... then drag myself out of bed, reminding myself how I would feel if I did NOT go to my morning session.
The thought of NOT doing my workout, and how I would feel + what my morning would be like... is enough to get me going.
I burned 496 calories this morning in my RIDE class with Amy the awesome motivator.
Then a shower and arriving home fresh as a daisy, ready to start the day... gold.
After a killer early morning workout, I am set to run about and be Mumma... tending to the every whim of every family member, all day - non stop! ha!
We are off to Adelaide for 5 days... our little nephew's baptism. Not sure of my blogging opportunity. You can be sure I will be sticking to my nutrition like glue while away. Using "My Fitness Pal" to keep me on track. Hoping I'll be able to carve out some hours to get my sweat on too!
I'll also be thinking lots of my FIT gal pals who are tackling the half marathon. GOOD LUCK ladies, I hope you smash your PBs... and if you are a first timer, enjoy!!!
