Journalling reads: I am not afraid of pain, or hurting... but an INJURY I am VERY afraid of.
If you've never been injured, you may not understand how deep the fear can be... if you've had months and months away from your favourite sweat inducing fun... then you'll get exactly what I mean.
I have to say, it's been a major hurdle to me getting back into my running at a serious level.
What about you... what's your greatest fear in relation to your health and fitness?

I would have to say the same injury, I have had a few in the last few months now attempting to do everything to assist in preventing them but I know they will happen from time to time. Must say the last injury I was able to continue just limited in what I could do thankfully my mind frame was strong and worked through it listening to the professionals and doing everything I could to make it better...
