Yep... that's what my trainer calls it... and once we were done (and I had spewed, literally*) I could see why. *no NOT on the gym floor, I did manage to get to the bathroom, still serisouly unpleasant tho
My body was screaming WTF?
Let's back up a little... I started the morning all cheery and optimistic, looking forward to... what I knew would be a hard workout, given it's been about 4 weeks since I trained with Fe.

I put those letters up this past week... a little reminder that we really need to love what we see in our reflection, 5kgs less or more... self love is imperative!
I was really happy to see Fe... and have a little Mummy moan about school holidays being so hectic, school returning, organising... general Mummy banter:

Uhm, yeah.. okay. Who does not need to work their core MUCH more than they do?? I know I need lots of work on my core! So I did that, and it HURT... but in a very good (glad-I-did-that) kinda way.
I ate clean today too... so another successful day under the belt so to speak. The nutrition side of things has taken a serious step up... we are going gluten and sugar free {and in time, dairy free too} this little family of mine. Must do a separate post (or a hundred) on that as it unfolds.
Oh and I think KNOW I have signed up to something which is just a bit crazy/hard/really/crazy/hard for me... will share tomorrow! Its only 5 weeks away! OUCHa!
