One of the most beautiful gifts that Nath got me for Christmas was this book...
When I opened the gift I cried, because I knew the book... I knew I wanted this book... I could not recall how I knew this. Did I walk by it in a store and mearly mention it to Nath? I cried because he remembered things that were important to me... things that I don't even remember. I cried because he is always so super thoughtful... it comes so easily to him.
In actual fact... there was a write up about it in the Sunday papers and I said to Nath "I must get this book"... I tore the article out [in the hope that it would not get lost in my studio mess, and one day I would get it]. Better still Nath took the torn piece of paper and held onto it... to surprise me at Xmas... and surprise me, he did. He always does things like that. He makes me feel so special! I am lucky, this I know *smile*
Kate began her journey to writing this book by use of her blog. Her new one is here. I have found this book (and the blogs) to be the most powerful resource, and thoroughly inspiring.

Yesterday at the Birthing Centre went really well... Mikaela and Joshua enjoyed listening to our blossoming baby's heartbeat. Very sweet.
Happy Friday! We have a long weekend here... we're looking forward to some relaxing family time together.
