It really good to get some creativity happening with me and my girl. Making useful and fun crafty items is one of our favourite things to do together.

Today...

For today: 22^nd April 2011 (Easter Friday)

Outside my window... overcast and grey, the leaves on our tree over our deck are turning orange and yellow with autumn on it’s way.

I am thinking... how can I fit my run into our many activities of tomorrow.

I am thankful for... being home after spending four nights away from my hubs… and getting lots of cuddles and kisses.

From the kitchen... no siree… we are having a BBQ tonight. Think snags, rissoles and steaks. Oh and lots of salad. YUM!

I am wearing... barefoot, a grey t-shirt and black trackies, both country road. Boring!

I am creating... pages for my 365 days of 2011. Art as gifts for friends.

I am going... to spend the evening look at more house magazines and tearing pages that I love to add to my dream home folder from Kikki-K. As I get a visual plan in my mind for yet another meeting with our architect in the next few weeks.

I am reading... lots of books, magazines (and blogs) on running. This one is my favourite right now.

I am hoping... to get to bed early tonight!

I am hearing... Ben saying “ieeeehhhh-ahhhh” which is his Buzz Lightyear catch phrase.

Around the house... Mikaela is practicing basketball (she has three games tomorrow!! Whooot whooo!) Boys are watching Toy Story. Nath is out with Mikaela doing drills.

One of my favorite things... home.

A few plans for the rest of the week... Nath is taking some time off work. We are taking the kids to see Rio. Then Mikaela is going to Sydney with her Dad. Nath is going to take the boys on some “excursions” maybe to the Dinosaur Museum… We have a date on Friday, when both boys are at daycare, we are going indoor rockclimbing. YAH for a fun & active life and enthusiastic husband to share it with!

One of the aspects of digital scrapbooking that I enjoy the most is that I don't have to scrap in order. I never did anyways... even with paper scrapping, but it is even easier to scrap all willy-nilly digitally.
