Right now we are in the process of getting our family to eat gluten, sugar... and soon-to-be dairy free.
Lots of reasons: Mikaela's eczema, Ben having difficulties since breastfeeding stopped 6 months ago & Nathan's colitis. Plus our kids general unruly behavior at times... It's time to make some serious changes.
So far, so good.
