Totally get you in the self-defeating diet issues! Did you follow a specific detox juice plan? Would love to know what you did. So glad you had such a great weekend. I feel refreshed just reading about it!! You are awesome, Rebecca. Keep up your hard work. You are inspiring me to get serious!! :)


Jules... I just juiced most of the green vegies and stuff already in my fridge. And drank lots of water and herbal tea. Now I am back to my clean diet... and continuing to go down on the scales. Seriously awesome! Go for it. Bxo
