Hi Fit Mumma,

I have been following your blog on and off for the last few months (I'm not a stalker - I can relate to your goals, struggles etc). I have to say I feel your pain and I love your attitude!

I have had to reduce my running dramatically for various (injury) reasons and it is not a good place. Swimming is my friend, but the old heart rate and exercise high is just not there!

All the best for the swimming and turning it into a positive. I look forward to following your journey.
