Just wanted to say I love your blog! I only just discovered it last week, but have since included the Chlorophyll and Apple Cider as a part of my morning ritual and I feel amazing just adding that in!
All of a sudden I have this new found energy that I have struggled with for the first 6 weeks.

Thank you for sharing your tips and your honesty.

We can do this! See you in Sydney!

PS: Thank you for making me feel excited about being on the program again :) I too am a visual person and a scrapbooker, love all things Cathy Zielske and Ali Edwards too :)

It has been a while since I have scrapbooked and kept a journal. Today is a new day!

Get Off The Couch

Great video!!! All the best for the next 6 weeks!

LOVE the video B:)

It was nice to get a glimpse of how you feel when you get to a point when you are about to let the naughties creep in without realising.

This is when I totally lose it and am struggling to get back on the wagon (where I am now). But you have given me a kick up the backside!!

Thanks for posting this and all the VERY best for the next 6 weeks love:)) Still loving your blogs.

I too am loving your blog - I love how you are able to add in soooo much like videos etc - I am a real blog beginner having just started to record my first round of 12WBT. I love how visually appealing you make your blog too. I really struggle to get time to blog, so reading yours is a real pleasure.
As for the 12WBT, I too am having some issues with the mid season slump - my diet has been poor this week - really poor. I have let things slip a bit after being really well motivated and clean for 6 weeks! I am happy we have 5 weeks to go - I am with you on the committment - back on the super clean nutrition wagon! Lets do this!
