Hi Bec. Could you please help me out with the calculations using Mish's 'new you' journal. I think i have it but would appreciate you confirming.

If calories in = 1003
and calories out = 584
and BMR = 1326
does that mean the deficit is -907

BMR + exercise expendure - intake = daily deficit :)
