Just wanted to say how much I love your blog. Can't remember how I stumbled upon it, but I love it and have just signed up for 12 wbt lean and strong. Your commitment to a healthy lifestyle is really inspiring to me, I am the same age as you with 3 kids and I can see now it can be done!

Somedays I feel MUCH older than near 40... but that is usually when I've not been exercising.

Most of the time I feel the best I have in my life... and my kids love it.

So happy to have you visiting & excited you have joined the 12WBT team... you will far exceed your goals, for sure.
